RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At R8RO, we want your satisfaction above all. We want each gamer to be secure ordering through us, so we've created a reasonable and customer-oriented return policy.
12 MONTHS RETURN POLICY
You can go for a return within 12 months of the date when your order was received.
Products must be in their original condition, with original packaging and all accessory parts.
IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the rare instance that the console or accessory comes damaged, defective, or mislabeled, do not panic — we've got your back.
Just call us with some pictures or a short video showing the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
EXCHANGES
In case you would want to trade the product for a different model, color, or storage, we're here to assist.
The new product shall be sent after the original one has been returned in a sound condition.
REFUNDS
Refunds that are approved will be automatically processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We do not refund shipping charges, except if the return is the result of an error on our behalf (i.e., incorrect product, dead unit).
BACK SHIPPING
For Defective/Wrong Products → R8RO pays full shipping.
It is for personal preference returns (i.e., changed your mind) → the customer pays return shipping.
